We design, manufacture, and assemble all components of our CNC high speed coiling machines right here in-house, in our headquarters right outside Milan. In its 74-years long history, Simplex Rapid has followed lateral thinking approaches, that led to solutions and technologies now become standard in the production of technical springs. Simplex Rapid has also implemented the production of special straightening machines for thin wire, used by customers in the medical, aerospace and microelectronics field.
