Skylab was one of the first company to introduce the LCD in 1983 with a partnership with Densitron on the Italian Market.
In 1998 Skylab decide to expand much more the activity of LCD and touch, with growing partnership during the Year.
For touch panels we distribute Dynapro (current 3M touch system) and AMT, then for LCD we start in 2001 With Chi Mei Display, current Innolux.
On November 24 of 2005, after almost 30 years of activity Skylab all team was acquired by Comprel Srl ( an Esprinet Company).
From 2005 the Display and touch business in Comprel keep growing from the solid base provided by Skylab team.
