Since 2011 we have dealt with everything related to the implementation of projects in the construction sector, first employed by companies and professional firms, then as a freelance. The skills acquired and the collaboration with multiple firms and professionals allow us to follow the project in its entirety including: RESIDENTIAL / RETAIL AREA: - surveys and checks of urban parameters; - estimates and metric calculations; - architectural and structural design of the interventions; - plant design and integration with the architectural / structural project; - drafting and presentation of building practices; - construction management and site accounting; - Energy Performance Certificates; SUPPORT IN THE FIELD OF INFRASTRUCTURES (geotechnical and road design): - drafting of plans and profiles, sections, layouts, standard sections, construction details of consolidation interventions, excavation supports and slope stability; - 3D plano-altimetric and geometric coherence checks of routes, tunnel entrances, slopes, excavations; - study and feasibility of the construction and logistics phases.
