Founded in 1989, SMH Consultants (SMH) has grown from a two-man land surveying firm to a full-service civil engineering and surveying company with offices in Manhattan, KS (HQ), Kansas City, Dodge City, KS, and Colorado Springs, CO. With 40 employees – including licensed engineers, professional surveyors, a landscape architect, a land acquisition specialist, construction inspectors, and many support and administrative staff – SMH offers comprehensive in-house expertise to manage projects from early planning through construction. The team’s services span site development, roadway and utility infrastructure water and sewer systems, stormwater management, and more.
