Solar Dealing (SD) addresses the “secondary” market of renewable: commercial transactions on assets already in service, on approved projects and ongoing construction of units or shares of companies owning plants in operation. SD is a new venture originated from an idea and an initial investment made by Kenergia with the ongoing support of selected partners recognized for professional excellence in the field of renewable energy sources. SD is primarily a web-based platform, a technical instrument designed to promote "the effective meeting" between supply and demand. It is the tool of a "multi-service" through a database accessible via a web application, reduces the risks of transactions which concern renewable plants installed and operational in Italy and abroad and projects on renewable energies. The platform allows potential buyers / investors to access a portfolio systems, providing a set of visual and immediate information in order to: Reduce time/cost of scouting Offer high visibility of the plants on sale Offer all services connected to systems (O&M, Due Diligence) The information contained in the database is structured in accordance with three access levels.
