Southern Legacy of Life is Arkansas’s federally designated organ and tissue recovery organization, dedicated to restoring lives through the compassionate recovery and transplantation of vital organs and tissues. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, we serve nearly 3 million people across 64 counties, honoring the generosity of donors and providing unwavering support to their families.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we work closely with hospitals, medical professionals, and community partners to maximize the impact of every donation, ensuring recipients receive a second chance at life.
