Southern Region EMS Council

Southern Region EMS Council is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Anchorage, Alaska, dedicated to supporting and enhancing the emergency medical services community across southcentral and southwestern Alaska. For nearly 50 years, we’ve been a vital regional resource center, providing crucial support to over 100 ambulance and first responder services serving remote communities spanning 192,369 square miles.

We work tirelessly to improve patient care, promote quality management, and foster professionalism within the EMS field. Our team is committed to delivering the highest quality instruction, education, and quality assurance programs, ensuring our partners have the resources they need to thrive.
