The Spark3 team is anchored by Josh Mayo, an accomplished and passionate hospitality executive, living and working in Denver, Colorado. Josh is complemented by several experienced and talented industry professionals with a combined 100+ years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The team together has managed businesses with revenues ranging between $3M - $200M annually and has overseen employee teams that ranged from 50 – 2,500 people. In an industry known for high turnover, we boast some of the lowest turnover rates in the business. Together we have mentored over 50 hospitality, bar, and culinary leaders, most of which have gone on to advance their career. We have a long and distinctive track record of leading designers and architects to create cutting edge, award-winning concepts that stay ahead of trends. Our passion is to make restaurants, bars, and event spaces a place where guests are transcended from the distraction of everyday life to enjoy a want for nothing home away from home.
