In 1995 the principles of SpellBound Entertainment Group, formerly known as Triyar Entertainment Group, broke into the nightlife/entertainment arena with the creation of Empire, which is located in the prestigious Biltmore area of Phoenix. Empire helped reshape the landscape of Arizona nightlife as the only high-­end multifaceted nightclub in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. In the years to come we would emerge into a full hospitality group opening the W Scottsdale Hotel, Aloft Tempe and many other restaurants and clubs in Arizona and California. SpellBound's tremendous marketing synergies in the heart of Phoenix/Scottsdale markets as a strong feeder for the valley and the contribution to the growing success of hospitality in Arizona. We currently own, operate and manage W Scottsdale, Shade, Living Room and Sunset. Aloft Scottsdale and WXYZ Bar. Dakota, Maya Day + Nightclub, Club House At Maya, and The District. We are currently in the process of building another hotel in the valley as well as a few other restaurants and clubs. We are expanding the operations to Houston in the near future with hotel and nightlife operations to be open by 2020.
