Founded by head chef Clinton Walker, Spice Cay is a fusion of authentic Caribbean cuisine offering plentiful dishes, exotic ingredients and bold flavours, perfect for sharing with your favourite people. Inspired by his grandmother Doris, Clinton’s passion for food has taken him on a journey of discovery, the result of which is an exciting new tapa’s concept that celebrates the best of Caribbean food and that play’s to the regions’ historical Spanish influence and diversity of the islands.
