St. Monica's

St. Monica’s is a Lincoln, Nebraska-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing life-changing recovery for women. Since 1964, we offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to substance abuse treatment and mental health counseling, operating within a home-like environment.

We serve women struggling with a variety of challenges intertwined with substance abuse, offering a continuum of care including short-term and long-term residential programs, and outpatient counseling. Our evidence-based practices address the root causes of addiction, empowering individuals to build healthier, more independent lives.

At St. Monica’s, we are committed to fostering hope and promoting a supportive community where every woman feels valued and supported on her journey to recovery. We are proud to be a trusted resource for women and their families in Lincoln and beyond, receiving 8% of our funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and 84% from private sources.
