Stark Property started in 2013. The first project was the purchase and redevelopment of a 1360m2 building in central Hamilton. From these humble beginnings, we have since delivered multiple high-quality commercial and residential developments across Hamilton, building our reputation as a preferred property provider. Stark Property has provided property solutions for some of New Zealand’s leading consultants, corporations, councils and government agencies. Stark Property takes a long-term view of the future for our buildings and the people who use them. Our aim is to provide well designed spaces for business and communities so they can connect, live and grow. We work to create developments that sit lightly on the land and we continue to look for ways to sustainably innovate, aiming to reduce the carbon footprint of our future developments, without compromising on quality or design.
