StepUp Greensboro

StepUp Greensboro is a Greensboro, North Carolina-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families through comprehensive job readiness training and supportive services.

We provide free programs designed to equip participants with the essential skills and resources needed to achieve stable, family-sustaining employment. Our core offerings include Life Skills training, Job Readiness workshops, and personalized employment coaching, all aimed at fostering self-sufficiency and long-term career success.

StepUp Greensboro’s approach centers on building a strong community network, connecting participants with dedicated mentors, and forging partnerships with local employers. We are committed to creating lasting positive change in the Greensboro community, one individual at a time.

Since 2011, we’ve served over 2,263 participants, partnered with 34 employers, and engaged over 110 volunteers, demonstrating our significant impact on the region’s workforce and economy.
