My name is Alistair Stirling, of Stirling Careers Consultancy. I am a qualified and experienced Careers Adviser with an MA in Careers Guidance and a Qualification in Careers Guidance from Canterbury Christchurch University. I offer Careers and Outplacement workshops supported by one-to-one careers advice sessions to organisations making staff redundant. All the research suggests that if employees are supported through a redundancy programme, they are more likely to make a successful transition to their next job. I also offer tailored support for individuals who have been made redundant and been offered a Settlement Agreement. I will work with your business owners / HR department to put a tailored outplacement programme together to help departing employees move forward with their careers. Depending on your requirements I can deliver my sessions either in person or online or hybrid too. I deliver a wide range of workshops including job search, CVs, interview techniques supported by one-to-one career coaching sessions. I give clients the tools and techniques and confidence to research and aspire to the next stage in their careers.
