Studio Cassinis

The Cassinis Studio, founded in 1973 in Milan, deals with issues related to associations and amateur sports clubs. The aim is to optimize the management areas, trying to find the most appropriate balance in the complex issue of institutional activities and commercial activities, as well as in the solution of appropriate corporate structures, in the operational classification of staff, in the most correct identification of commercial activities. The Firm has acquired considerable knowledge in the area of tax and contribution litigation, sponsorship and appropriate tax configurations to be adopted on a case-by-case basis. It has also intensified its relations with the institutional bodies and has expanded its activity to the whole national territory by operating with two main offices, Milan and Rome, under the operational guidance of Doctor Beatrice Masserini. Since its foundation, Studio Cassinis has also established privileged relations with France, especially thanks to the professional and personal experience acquired by its founder, Dr. Corrado Cassinis. For about 40 years, the firm, composed of French and Italian professionals with a perfect command of the French language, has been assisting in particular French companies that invest and operate in Italy or that intend to maintain professional relations with Italy.
