“Studio Mazzocco Associato” is a professional association of Certified Accountants enrolled in the Milan Register, founded in 1972. Its mission is to provide all tax consultant, business, and employment services, specifically: - annual financial statement and tax declarations; - consulting and assistance with business compliance; - extraordinary transactions (transformations, mergers, splits, business transfers); - consulting and assistance with the protection of shareholder interests; - audits and certifications; - tax disputes and taxpayer representation before tax offices; - business and company appraisals and negotiations; - consulting and assistance with other contractual matters (property purchase/sale and leasing) - personnel management and relations with social security agencies; - business domiciliation. The Firm also provides professional training in the field through internships, and it also participates in the activities of the Milan chapter. The Firm consists of seven partners, it has cooperation agreements with other professionals also in other disciplines (notaries, attorneys, architects, and engineers), as well as cooperation agreements with senior staff and executives.
