Roberto Tamburelli is the founder and managing partner of Studio Tamburelli & Partners. He assists, for the tax and corporate law aspects, large multinational corporates, SMEs and start-ups in international tax planning, M&A executions, cross-borders mergers, share transfers and incorporation or establishment of foreign subsidiaries. Moreover, he has an in-deep knowledge in transfer price, individual wealth planning, Trusts and inheritance. His best skills are in international taxation, as a consequence of years of experience in assisting companies and individuals in several worldwide countries. Thanks to his experiences matured, fifteen years ago he entered in touch and then became member of INAA group, a leading international network of consulting and audit firms present in around 50 Countries worldwide. This allow his firm to provide assistance to its clients all around the world. In 2017 he co-founded Solferino Trust Company, a Trust company which manages and act as trustee and protector of international and domestic trusts. As of today, the company’s assets under management are c.€300m.
