I am Andy Clarke, a designer, speaker, and writer. My designs have helped companies around the world to increase their sales pipeline and revenue, and charities like Greenpeace and WWF to raise donations. I advise businesses both large and small on how to improve business models, value propositions, and customer experiences With my wife Sue, I founded Stuff & Nonsense—one of the best-known web design studios, specialising in creative design for digital products and websites—in 1998 and we’ve worked together ever since. From my studio in North Wales, I’ve consulted and designed for clients including Ansarada, Disney Store UK, Fairfax Media, Home Office (UK), Greenpeace, ISO, SAP, STV, SunLife, WIPO, and WWF. I’ve written popular books on website design and development—‘Hardboiled Web Design and ‘Transcending CSS’—and I’m an experienced speaker, regularly presenting on art direction and digital design at web and UX industry conferences worldwide.
