Supplier Excellence Alliance is a US-based non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing supply chain performance within the aerospace and defense industries.

Founded in 2003, SEA provides a lean management system and a voluntary supplier certification program, fostering increased visibility, performance, and collaboration among its members – which include prime and tier-one companies and their sub-tier suppliers.

SEA’s core service is facilitating a more robust and transparent supply chain, ultimately benefiting both suppliers and the companies they serve. We achieve this through our annual awards, site visits, and process owner forums, creating a collaborative ecosystem for continuous improvement.

With a team of just 2-10 professionals and a headquarters in Irvine, California, SEA remains committed to driving positive change within the aerospace and defense sectors.
