SVI has specialized in ESG Rating and Due Diligence of private companies and SMEs. We provide institutional investors and asset managers ESG Rating and ESG Due Diligence of their portfolio and advise them on the ESG factors integration in their investments. We offer advisory on the appropriateness of the governance model of the asset managers to fully integrate ESG factors in their business model and elaborate engagement proposals for the overall improvement of the governance and ESG performance of their invested companies. We can also provide business integration of ESG factors in the financial analysis, equity, bonds and other asset classes, including alternatives and develop proprietary methodologies for the ESG analysis of the different asset class. SVI has a deep knowledge of international financial markets, both developed and emerging. SVI promotes a culture of independence, transparency as well as good corporate governance and avoids conflict of interests. Last but not least, we cooperate with a worldwide network of outstanding responsible investing practitioners. We also promote the Zurich-based, world leading ESG Reputational Risk provider RepRisk and have a collaboration agreement on proxy voting with Minerva Analytics, the UK leader in proxy voting and proxy research.
