SW Washington LULAC #47013 is a vital nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Latino and Hispanic families in Southwest Washington. Based in Vancouver, WA, we’re part of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the nation’s oldest Hispanic civil rights organization. We provide crucial support through food and housing assistance, alongside advocacy and community engagement. Our work focuses on education, civic participation, and protecting immigrant families, ensuring equitable access to opportunities and a strong sense of belonging. We champion youth leadership and foster a vibrant, inclusive community.

SW WA LULAC Council #47013 works tirelessly to deliver the mission of advancing the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, housing, health, and civil rights of the Latino population in the Region. We offer a range of programs including youth leadership development, immigration support, and community events. We are committed to building a stronger, more just future for our community.

Founded in 2011, we’ve grown to over 50 dedicated members and provide direct support to over 1,000 families. We collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to address critical needs and advocate for positive change.
