Swarm Training

Swarm Training is a not for profit, Ofsted "Good" Rated, independent training provider delivering apprenticeships nationwide in Administration & Accounts, Business Management, Marketing & Market Research, Human Resources & Recruitment, Customer Service, and Supply Chain & Logistics as well as Engineering Apprenticeships through our Swarm REAGIT division via our well equipped engineering centre in the heart of Norwich. As a community Interest company (C.I.C), 100% of our surplus gets reinvested to helping the disadvantaged and underemployed climb the career ladder through our Swarm Futures project, as well as to provide grants for Social Enterprise, Charities and community impact projects. We also work closely with our sister company's Swarm Recruitment to help with hiring talent for you as you build high performing teams, and Swarm Bluewater providing higher level Professional Certificates for Leadership & Management with bespoke coaching and consultancy.
