Swifty Food and Drink App

Swifty has been developed by Heineken specifically for pubs, bars and restaurants. A new payment and loyalty app designed to help operators re-open and navigate the “new normal” post-lockdown. This easy-to-use app eliminates the need for physical contact by enabling customers to view menus, place an order, and pay their bill directly from their phone. This contact-free experience removes the need to touch cash, POS materials, staff and more. However, customers can still be given the option to pay by cash or via PDQ machine at the venues discretion. The software seamlessly integrates with existing EPOS systems, supports the sale of all foods and beverages and can also include promotions and loyalty campaigns to reward customers and incentivise visits, once appropriate to do so.
