Synchronicity Earth

Synchronicity Earth is a UK-based conservation charity and trust-based philanthropic funder dedicated to addressing overlooked and underfunded conservation challenges for globally threatened species and ecosystems. We reimagine environmental philanthropy, shifting how funding flows to provide flexible, long-term, relationship-led support to local organisations, Indigenous Peoples, and communities closest to the work. In 2025, we invested £6.4 million across 161 partners in 41 countries, with a target of £7-8 million for 2026. Our strategy focuses on Conservation – increasing action and funding for overlooked species; Capacity – amplifying marginalised voices through collaborative, well-funded support; and Culture – championing biological and cultural diversity to address systemic drivers of biodiversity loss. With a team of 36, Synchronicity Earth champions trust, flexibility, fairness, care, creativity, and flourishing diversity, guiding every relationship and decision.
