T3 works with organizations deploying production AI systems in high risk environments, where model or system failure has material regulatory, operational, or safety impact. Our team helped write the AI standards and governance frameworks shaping the field, and we provide AI assurance services to some of the largest and most complex Big Tech organizations. We support teams across the full AI lifecycle, from use case intake and risk classification through deployment and ongoing monitoring. Our work spans large language models, automated decision systems, and AI enabled workflows, including evaluation and benchmarking, red teaming, failure mode and impact analysis, stress testing, and post deployment monitoring. T3 focuses on making AI systems robust, defensible, and resilient in real world production, particularly where AI decisions intersect with compliance, auditability, explainability, and human in the loop controls.
