We are a Japanese company providing our micro-MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology. Our aim is to become world`s No.1 micro-MIM factory with strong R&D background. The factories are in Japan and in Thailand where we also have R&D centers. In Europe, we have a representative office in Germany. In 1972, we started as a plastic injection modling manufacturer, then expanded to MIM in the 1990s. With our technology you can realize small metal parts for medical/dental devices, other industrial parts such as micro-gears, micro-nozzles, micro-cam, check-valve etc. The materials we offer are various stainless steel, titanium/titanium alloy, copper/copper alloy, precious metals, and so on. We develop the Feedstock (material) from metal powder and binder in-house, which is the reason why we can offer such wide range of material. The other product we offer is porous metal: this can be used in jewelry/medical (as implant for example)/electrode/fuel cell separator to name a few. The porous metal can be made in titanium/stainless steel/copper/nickel/precious metal. We have three different method to manufacture the porous metal.
