New team members experience one-on-one support from experienced team members as they develop their skills working on client projects. CAREER DEVELOPMENT Our mentor program pairs new and existing team members with a TKW colleague in the same discipline to help with questions and situations that arise on the job. Mentors assist mentees with setting goals tailored to their career path and priorities. Later, mentors circle back to determine progress and success on the team member’s goals. This allows for consistency of approach, clear direction, and opportunities for feedback and growth for all team members.
