TalentInsights is a management consulting firm comprised of business analytics and experts. We specialize in helping companies in developing their talents by focusing on thinking, leadership, and management skills from a Strengths-Based perspective. We base our approach on the latest neurological research about how we change and are influenced as humans. Our approach is first to gain insights via proven assessment tools and methodologies, analyze the findings, understand the options, provide criteria’s and arguments for chosen priorities and then implement the enablers that will deliver the searched for values. We facilitate and inspire the think process through our ATIA tool – Create awareness, foster the Thoughts required, provide the Insights and secure the Actions. This 4 step model is circular and improves the ability to think efficient. The thinking process and the decision making process goes hand in hand – ROSE ME is how we drive data based decision making, and ATIA can be applied on each of these steps when applicable. We appåly Ai/GAI tools and procedures to facillitate individual feed-bacck sessions and other development tasks. We are based in Copenhagen, work across Europe and have our primary client base in Scandinavia.
