TASTE Charity is a UK-based non-profit organization dedicated to providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) solutions to rural Nigerian communities. Established in 1999, TASTE’s mission began with a desire to address the severe lack of access to basic necessities in Nigeria, evolving from initial support to building its own drilling team and fostering local capacity.

We work directly with communities in Nigeria, focusing on geological surveying to identify optimal water locations, supporting the development of sanitation systems, and drilling boreholes to deliver sustainable clean drinking water. Our approach also includes water delivery to those in need and educational programs in schools, promoting hygiene practices and raising awareness about the importance of these vital resources.

TASTE’s commitment to ethical and honest standards in business, combined with our focus on community empowerment and sustainable solutions, distinguishes us. We are driven by a Christian ethos and a deep belief in the transformative power of access to clean water and sanitation.

With a dedicated team of just 3 staff and volunteers, and a history of impactful work since 1999, TASTE continues to expand its reach and create lasting positive change in Nigeria.
