While the Technologiepark Heidelberg GmbH is the central point of contact for the enterprises based there, the buildings are all the property of the TPHD II GmbH und Co. KG, which is a subsidiary of the Sparkasse Heidelberg. The available office space and labs are let out by RN Immobilienmanagement GmbH Rhein-Neckar, which handles all the rentals. They increase the attractiveness of Heidelberg as a location for startups. In addition they promote the founders'​ scene by regular events such as networking events like Hackathons, simulation games and business plan competitions as well as subject-specific conventions.
