Tell My Story

Tell My Story is a California-based nonprofit dedicated to changing the conversation around youth mental health through the power of film and community engagement.

We produce impactful documentaries, like *Shift: Do What Moves You*, and host free screenings and guided discussions to foster open conversations about mental wellbeing within families and communities.

Tell My Story’s approach centers on leveraging storytelling to replace fear with hope, build stronger support networks, and ultimately, empower young people to become the heroes of their own stories. We are committed to providing resources and tools to support mental health awareness and promote positive change.

Founded in 2018, Tell My Story has already reached thousands of individuals through its screenings and initiatives, and continues to expand its impact through partnerships and community events.
