Texas Pipeline Services (TPS) is certified as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and has been verified by the Texas Veteran Commission as a Veteran-Owned business in the State of Texas. TPS is also regionally certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) as defined by the NCTRCA Small Business Enterprise Policies & Procedures. Our team is headed up by Matthew W. Yates, a former U.S. Army Ranger (A Co. 3/75) who is a 100% service-connected disabled Veteran, a Registered Landman (RL) and a Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA). Day-to-day operational oversight is conducted by Joshua Derden, also a service-connected disabled Veteran, an oil & gas supervisor with over a decade of work in managing pipeline operations and a distinguished professional in his field. Both men have supervised projects throughout 5 countries in some of the most austere and remote areas of the world for agencies such as the Department of Defense (DoD), the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) as well as the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE). Currently, TPS is a premier provider of right-of-way (ROW) services for the pipeline industry, engaged in a variety of applications for commercial entities and executes maintenance projects for government & municipal agencies.
