The American Book Center (ABC) is an innovative, independent and family-owned book company with stores in the heart of Amsterdam (1972), The Hague (1976) and Leidschendam (2021). The international team of booksellers make great customer service their first priority. In the stores and online at www.abc.nl you will find a wide selection of English language (e-)books, magazines and merchandise imported directly from the UK and the US. We specialize in (niche) genres like business, fashion, graphic design, and photography but also stock the latest fiction bestsellers and classics. On-demand titles and self-written work can be printed in-house on Betty, the Book Making Machine. The ABC hosts many exciting book events every year.
