The Barnabas Network

The Barnabas Network is a Greensboro, North Carolina-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing furniture to individuals and families on the path to self-sufficiency.

We collect donated furniture – more than 17,000 pieces annually – and distribute it, free of charge, to those transitioning out of homelessness, recovering from setbacks, fleeing abuse, or struggling with poverty.

By recycling furniture and restoring lives, The Barnabas Network partners with over 150 local agencies to ensure that every neighbor has a place to sit, a place to eat, and a place to sleep. Founded in 2006, Barnabas has grown to become the Triad’s only nonprofit furniture bank, serving over 2,700 people each year.
