The Equity Club

The Equity Club S.r.l. is a private capital initiative, structured as a Club Deal, offering its shareholders the opportunity to invest directly in mid-cap companies with more flexibility in terms of investment policy, governance and exit strategy compared to a traditional PE fund. A broad investment scope allows us to devise tailored transactions responding to a multitude of potential needs; we target investments in Italian companies with an equity ticket between 40 and 120 €/mln, both in majority and minority stakes, private and public companies, holding and operating companies. The initiative, sponsored by Mediobanca which is also an investor, has raised 500 €/mln of “soft commitment” among more than 80 of the main Italian entrapreneurial families
