We do this by encouraging and working with Financial providers to create or enhance products and processes that alter their customers financial well-being for the better. We are the only body to offer a UKAS certification programme for 9 financial products by means of a Fairbanking Mark that validates delivery of customer financial well-being and we also offer a comprehensive advisory service with some of the UK's leading UK behavioural economics thinking. The focus on improving financial well-being of people in the UK has never been so strong as it is today with levels of unsecured debt at a higher level than before the 2008 crisis and over 4m people considered to be in financial difficulty. With a strong track record of helping financial institutions of all sizes improve their customers'​ financial well-being and almost 40 Fairbanking Marks already awarded on products that over a third of the UK population use, whether you are a Fintech start up or an established provider of financial solutions, Fairbanking Foundation is well-placed to help you deliver this important objective.
