Overview
Our approach centers on inspiring, educating, and supporting local leaders with entrepreneurial potential, fostering a ‘full circle’ of impact that elevates communities, strengthens local churches, and creates job opportunities.
Founded by Mike and Taryn Galvin and Bill Cousineau, The Full Circle leverages a biblically-based training program and ongoing mentorship to equip individuals with the skills and resources they need to succeed. We partner with local churches and NGOs to break the cycle of poverty and create lasting change.
To date, we’ve launched 722 businesses, graduated 513 individuals from our EDB course, and engaged with 23 active communities across Kenya, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, and the United States.
