The INN Between

The INN Between is a Salt Lake City, Utah-based nonprofit dedicated to providing compassionate medical respite and end-of-life care to individuals experiencing homelessness. We offer a safe and dignified environment where homeless adults can receive professional hospice services, undergo vital medical treatment, and stabilize before surgery or recuperation. With a decade of experience, The INN Between has provided over 90,000 nights of medical housing to more than 900 individuals, ensuring they can pass away with dignity, housed and not homeless.

Our commitment extends beyond basic shelter, fostering a sense of belonging and respect for every resident. We partner with state-licensed hospice agencies to deliver comprehensive care, and our team of dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to meet the unique needs of each individual. Recognized with the prestigious One Kind Act a Day Award in 2025, The INN Between exemplifies compassion and kindness in our community, demonstrating that even small acts of support can make a profound difference in the lives of those most vulnerable.
