The Mankind Center

The Mankind Center is a California-based mental health service provider dedicated to helping men understand and address their emotions.

We specialize in providing licensed psychotherapy, both in-person in Irvine, CA, and virtually, to men struggling with feelings of confusion, fear, and a lack of self-awareness. Our approach focuses on helping men break free from outdated coping mechanisms and develop a stronger sense of self.

Founded in 2022 by Rob Rutkowski, a former management consultant and psychotherapist, The Mankind Center draws on his extensive experience working with men in diverse settings, including tech companies, 12-step groups, and international retreats. We are committed to fostering a culture of safety, honor, and soulful connection.
