Established in 1967, The Murillo Company (TMC) specializes in Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection, and a wide range of Environmental Services. Founder J. Ray Murillo, P.E., has more than forty years experience in the Houston area and in the Southeast United States, and is a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas, Louisiana, and Colorado. Our laboratory meets the requirements of the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL), Texas Council of Engineering Laboratories (TCEL), American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (ASHTO), and follows applicable American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards.
