Overview
Under new management, the New Yorker Hotel is one of the New York City's most iconic historic buildings.
Originally build for 2,500 hotel rooms, today, the building is part hotel and offices.
The new owner, Mickey Barreto, vows to transform the building into the most technologically advanced historic building in the World that will still preserve it's landmark status.
The building will also provide housing for real life New Yorkers that wouldn't otherwise be able to pay to live in one of the most expensive cities in the world.
And as the building was built in 1929 to be a mini city, it will also contain a career development center in conjunction with the owner's non profit, Mickey Barreto Missions and MicMat Industries.
