The Oaks Therapeutic Community

The Oaks Therapeutic Community is a non-profit organization based in Greensboro, North Carolina, dedicated to fostering worth and wellness through comprehensive mental health services.

We partner with individuals of all ages – from children to adults – to address a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our approach, rooted in The Oaks Wellness Model, utilizes a holistic and relational framework, incorporating five distinct branches of care: Licensed Professional Counseling, Community Groups, Corporate and Individual Wellness Consulting, Mental Health & Wellness Education, and the Rooted Therapeutic Day Program.

As a faith-based organization, we offer services with a biblical worldview, while remaining committed to evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care. We strive to provide accessible support through in-person sessions, teletherapy, and a sliding scale fee structure, accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance. We are here to join with you— no matter where you need to begin— to offer hope, encouragement, practical tools, and professional counsel.
