Responding to our collective calling to be part of change-making, we decided to work only for non-profits, philanthropies & purpose-driven brands. As an outfit, our strength lies in critical strategic thinking and effective creative execution. We take our insight mining seriously. Rooted in a deep interest in behavioural sciences allows us to intervene with the right devices. 🧡 HOUSE. 2021. That’s when we started, The Orange Heart is a pandemic baby with a gestation period of more than a decade. After working in traditional agencies, one thing is clear to us - we have no plans of building one! (David ✅ , Goliath ❌)We’re small, but our ideas are big. We are lean, just a handful of people working on finding the next big idea to affect change through strategic communication. We understand that all organisations/ brands are different and there cannot be one solution that fits all. So, we call up friends (the industry loves calling them collaborators/ freelancers/ consultants) who are super talented and would be perfect value-fits for the partners we work with. For us, it’s more than just building one more award-winning film that does not have any significant impact in the real world! 🧡 BELIEF. We believe the world needs a little more kindness, empathy, and a gentle nudge to be better and do better. Through all our interactions, we are actively trying to establish authenticity in our work and demeanour. We want to help those trying to create a difference while actively pursuing change ourselves. But, we are also fiercely protective of our holidays and mental health. So nothing happens post 7:30 PM, except the act of gathering lived experiences.
