What began as one of Chapman University's most popular experimental courses has grown into a platform of tools and assessments designed to help people stop renting someone else's definition of success and start owning their own.
At its core is the PATH Methodology and four pillars built for personal clarity: [P]urpose, [A]rchitecture, [T]rajectory and [H]abits. When aligned, they uncover not just your path, but a foundational compass to guide every step of your personal and professional journey ahead. Most frameworks start with goals and work backward. PATH starts with identity and builds forward.
The goal is not to force answers, but to create the conditions for deeper ones to emerge. To help you make more intentional choices about your direction and show up with greater consistency and coherence—both to yourself and to the world around you.
