We are a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to humanise healthcare. Our work developed from the Point of Care programme at The King’s Fund (2007-2013). We provide training in Schwartz Rounds and patient-centred service design. Through our Heads of Patient Experience (HOPE) network, we offer peer learning and support and the opportunity for members to learn from best practice. We look beyond numbers and targets to the quality of human relationships in your organisation.
