The Redside Foundation

The Redside Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening the professional outdoor guiding community in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. We provide vital resources and services focused on mental health, financial well-being, educational opportunities, and professional development, ensuring guides can thrive both personally and professionally. Established in 2010, the Foundation operates through six key pillars: a Guide Helpline offering confidential counseling, financial health coaching, academic scholarships, professional development grants, physical health resources, and community events like the annual Redside Rendezvous. With a team of four staff members, we are committed to fostering a resilient and thriving guiding workforce, contributing to the vitality of the outdoor recreation industry and the well-being of our community. We also offer an annual health fair and vouchers for physical health care services.
