The Self Storage Company is owned by Schroders Capital UK where in 2017 their real estate fund acquired the group of five sites. It is currently managed by Flexiss Consultants Limited where they deal with the daily management of these best in class facilities. Our portfolio over the current five locations has 2500 spaces across a range of domestic and commercial uses. All our sites are in key areas that offer great visible, prominent locations. We provide flexible and affordable self storage from 10 to 500 square feet. Safety and security are our priority and with CCTV across all our sites, individually alarmed rooms, and automatic lighting. We have many successful business that run out of self-storage schemes that range from sole traders to larger e-commerce pick and pack operations. We also provide home to many last-mile logistics and stock holding for a range of different needs. Some of our sites also offer meeting space and offices and small form retail units which we can host for any business as a short or long term space solution. Flexiss have introduced new technologies to provide a sustainable storage offering making sure we have the smallest carbon footprint we can.
