Three Ridings Whisky is a premium English single malt whisky distillery, based in Stamford Bridge, North Yorkshire. Born from the spirit of Yorkshire’s independent tradition, we meticulously craft our whisky with a focus on provenance, craft, and long-term thinking. Our distillery, Ellers Farm, operates as a B Corp certified facility, reflecting our commitment to sustainable practices and quality. We collaborate with three Yorkshire makers – Thomas Fawcett & Sons, Theakston Brewery, and Ellers Farm Distillery – each bringing centuries of expertise to the process. From the selection of barley to the maturation in carefully chosen ex-bourbon casks, every step is considered with patience and precision.
