TM GLOBAL RECRUITMENT is a multinational business dealing with global recruitment, search and selection, and headhunting across many sectors. We started over 30 years ago as a specialist mining recruitment and consulting agency, and have grown to incorporate many other sectors. We are proud to have recruited people to work on every continent, from miners to accountants to lawyers to finance people to engineers. We only employ people who have been successful in business in their own right, and we come together in a spirit of partnership to help our clients. We provide services outside of recruitment including accounting, offshore payroll services, financial projects and advisory. In short we have a consulting mindset, not simply a sales one. We are structured differently to most recruitment agents and work from three regional centres, Europe, Asia and The Americas, with consultants and support staff attached to each location. The key to finding a successful candidate is the team; we have highly qualified searchers that add to and support our networks and it is rare that they cannot identify credible candidates.
