Low-rise Residential Condominium Building Association Policy (RCBAP) Insurance Our Low-rise RCBAP Insurance provides an alternative to the NFIP, with a combination of broader coverage and premium savings. Up to $2.6 million is available in combined limits for building and contents. Excess Flood Insurance In addition to primary coverage coverages, Tokio Marine Highland’s Excess Flood Insurance is available on all programs up to $50 million.
